Job description :
– Receive user requests (phone, email, etc.) and formalize them (ticketing tools)
– Assist users in the use of IT / telephony tools
– Diagnose problems and provide solutions, follow up and close incidents
– Update documentation or procedures (equipment characteristics, settings, configurations)
– Identify and analyze the needs and incidents described by users
– Install standard software and business software
– Manage Active Directory
– Manage Server and send repport
– Escalate technical incidents if necessary
Profil :
• Bac+2 in computer science IT and related field
• 1 years of experience as a support technician or first successful experience in a similar field
• Understand and speak English fluently
• Mastery of Windows environments and server (Windows server, AWS ) as well as the services associated with them
• Sense of active listening
• Increased capacity for analysis and discernment
• Self-taught and autonomous
• Sense of service developed
• Ease in teamwork
• High availability ( Night and Weeekend )
Beginner accepted if strong motivation and advanced computer knowledge
