EL Holdings Limited, a buying agency for USA clothing brands based in Madagascar since 2002 having its liaison office in Tanjombato-Antananarivo and its Head Office in Sri Lanka looking for Merchandisers to join its dynamic team. Our strength has been serving the customers with excellence in highly challenging world of fashion.

Requirements and responsibilities include

• Sound knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, supply chain and production capacity management.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple styles.
• Right personality to develop strong relationships with the customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Responsible from the sample developments to the bulk shipments of the orders.
• Sharp monitoring and trouble shooting of the progress against Time and Action plan(s).

Qualification and Experience

• A Degree / Diploma in Marketing management or Minimum completion of Senior secondary level in Madagascar.
• Minimum of 2years experience worked as a merchandiser at a reputed apparel manufacturing organization.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, independent, self-motivated team player who could work in highly challenging work environment.
• Fluency in English in Speaking and Writing is a compulsory.
• Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Emailing etc.
• Age below 30 years.
